Promotional Road Show to invite trade buyers
Dubai Optical Show VisionX, the region’s event for the trade optical industry, is running a promotional roadshow as part of extensive activities to raise the event’s new concept awareness in key visitor and exhibitor markets.
Designed to target influential buyers and increase exhibitor participation in the revamped event, the Dubai Optical Show roadshow will journey through an extended number of countries across the GCC, greater Middle East, Africa and Near Asia – making it the largest promotional exercise of-its-kind for any Middle East optical industry event.
With the new concept provided for this year, Dubai Optical Show VisionX expects to welcome over 200 international hosted buyers from 25 markets to Dubai World Trade centre from 13 – 15 November 2018.
As part of the roadshow, Dubai Optical Show Vision X representatives have already travelled key markets including Egypt, Iran, Lebanon, Jordan, Kuwait and Russia. The delegation will also travel to Azerbaijan, India, Pakistan and Saudi Arabia.
With leading buyers from an assortment of wholesalers and retailers being targeted, the Dubai Optical Show Vision X team will outline the event’s new format, strongly focused on the business matchmaking between buyers and exhibitors.
The team will also turn the spotlight on the strategic partnerships it has finalized with leading organizations, chambers of commerce and institutions, including ANFAO (Association of Italian Manufacturers and MIDO Organizer), Optometric and Optical Association of Turkey, Brien Holden Institute and Italian Trade Agency which is organizing the official Italian participation in the show.
After zigzagging three continents from June to September, the roadshow will end in the UAE in October.
